Best 3D and boutique stock providers for book cover designers

As a fantasy book cover designer and photo manipulator I have gathered quite a stock images library over the years, with a lot of resources to use in my designs (and with a lot, I really mean A LOT ...). However, it took me a long while to discover those amazing stock boutique shops. They're my favorite place to search for stock images for my next book cover design project.

Obviously I am not talking about the bigger stock sites today, like Depositphotos or Shutterstock. Maybe you always wondered where I buy my resources? Well, let's find out in the list below! I have to admit I haven't tried all of the shops mentioned below, but they all have great resources and definitely are worth saving in your bookmarks. Some shops even have freebies! ;-)
